Cultivated with dedication for several generations, it was born in the shade of the almond tree, the first among the plants in the garden of the Hotel Regency in Florence.
There, as early as the late 1950s, revolutionary developments for the hotel industry were imagined: the challenge was twofold, to redevelop the hotel offering to reproduce the restaurant service on a large scale.
After many years of hard work, the long-awaited stars arrived, and from that moment on, Relais le Jardin became an increasingly independent branch.
Even today, its DNA is characterized by customer-oriented service, whose needs it is able to meet with energy, enthusiasm, and always with the awareness that the hospitality business, just like a beautiful garden, needs a lot of attention.
