Our production sites have been built according to absolute safety criteria, with cutting-edge technology and able to ensure the highest quality in all stages of production.

Safety

Relais le Jardin has always been attentive to food safety and, since its foundation, has implemented a system of food self-control.

With the help of external consultants, we perform periodic checks on all our production sites, monitoring the various management processes put in place to ensure the food safety of our work, from the supply of ingredients to the preparation and serving of the dishes.

We voluntarily apply a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, aimed at ensuring that the quality of our services is always maintained at the highest level. This system previews internal inspections carried out monthly and third party audits of an accredited agency, in the specific case Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A.

Our consultants carry out periodic audits to verify the correct application of the company’s self control procedures, in accordance with the HACCP system and in accordance with mandatory sanitary and hygiene regulations.

Finally, among our activities we add that of the constant training and updating of staff, thus ensuring a constant maintenance of food safety as required by the regulations.

Hotellerie

Our experience is based on a long and consolidated hotellerie tradition that has allowed us to develop a strong focus on hospitality and customer care.

From here the idea of prêt-à-porter for our haute cuisine, which is distinguished by exclusivity, care of mise en place and attention to detail.
